-300 grams of peeled prawns

PREPARE THE PRAWNS
In the case that you are going to use frozen prawns, it is advisable to thaw them in the refrigerator. Remove the excess water and dry them with a paper towel.

In a pan, add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil. When it is hot, add the chopped garlic clove, prawns, salt, chopped parsley, and a little paprika. To prevent shrimps from sticking to the pan or drying out, do not leave them too long on the fire.
