When your career plans don’t work out
Some people know at a young age what they want to do for a career and for others it comes as a surprise when they finally fall into a job that they enjoy. There are also cases where a person may have a dream that never comes to fruition. This is almost the case for Amberley Snyder who is the lead character in the 2019 film, ‘Walk, Ride, Rodeo.’
The film centres around Amberley who is a rodeo barrel racer ranked at a national level. She dreams of becoming a champion and spends all her spare time training for when that day will come. Unfortunately, Amberley is in a car accident and she is left paralysed from the waist down. When people are in these circumstances they need support from Mobility Aids like the ones from https://www.abilitysuperstore.com/ to help them get around.
The plot follows Amberley in the days, weeks and months following her accident. We see her becoming despondent and lashing out at all those around her and we eventually see her coming up with solutions to her problems as she desperately tries to find ways to ride once again.
The film is based on the true story of Amberley and at the end of the film we get to see what life ended up like for her and she is a woman who was determined to live out her dreams, no matter what stood in her way, With perseverance and a faith in her abilities she was able to become the rodeo barrel racing champion she had always dreamt of.
