The themes explored in the movie are similar to those of the book and series. The story is about a family, who must fight against an opposing force in order to survive and live their lives as normal citizens, without being hunted down.

Bosch has an interesting background as he struggles with PTSD from his time in Afghanistan. He also has an ex-wife who works for the FBI and seems to be trying to get back together with him after not speaking for eight years (how arbitrary).

Rockit isn’t really well developed as a character at all, but instead serves as merely another plot device for Bosch’s story arc: To redeem himself from his past mistakes.

Visuals/Special effects review:

The visuals and special effects were good if not great. They were well integrated into the film, which is important because if they’re too obvious it can kill the immersion. Both would be fine if used sparingly, but it becomes a problem when there’s just too much of either one. The same goes for anything else that stands out from the action or dialog: making sure it doesn’t distract from what’s happening on screen is important!

One thing I really liked about this film was how well paced it was; at no point did I feel like things were going too fast or too slow (although I admit that this might just be because my brain isn’t used to watching movies). There was always something happening, whether it was fighting off bad guys or talking about their feelings–it kept me engaged throughout!

Box office performance (if applicable):

The movie was a financial flop, grossing only $24 million against its budget of $35 million. It also performed poorly overseas, making just over $2 million from foreign markets.

The film opened to mixed reviews from critics and currently holds an approval rating of 46% on Rotten Tomatoes. Film critics praised the performances of both Kayode Ewumi and Adeel Akhtar but were critical about the writing and direction of the film.
